The Group having signed 6 joint ventures (JV) with international automotive companies, has been able to seamlessly bring in the latest technologies in the respective domains in which these JVs operate. All 6 JV companies –

• Sujan ContiTech AVS (for Anti-Vibration products)
• Mega Hefa Emission Technologies (for Emissions control products)
• Mega KLC Polymer Technologies (for Painted Decorative plastics)
• Areca Embedded Systems (for Passenger Information Systems, Braking & Safety systems)
• Bethel Automotive Safety Systems India (for Braking & Safety systems)

also have fully-staffed tech centers, some headed by CTOs, that support these JVs.

In addition, the JNV Ventures Group has also signed Technology Agreements for construction products, public utilities software and green energy.

These technology partnerships have enabled the Group to offer cost-effective products at global standards to its diverse customer base. The location of these technical centres within the premises of the Group companies’ manufacturing facilities gives customers the extra edge when they strategize, design and launch products. These partnerships have created a global technology network across North America and Europe.
