The JNV Ventures Group’s (formerly known as Sujan Group) journey began in 1977 with the establishment of a manufacturing facility in Mumbai to manufacture rubber auto components. The Group operates in 8 diverse verticals: Automotive (2 wheelers, 4 wheelers and heavy-duty trucks) Railways, Aerospace, Defence, Infrastructure (Oil & Gas), Industrial & Farm Applications, Home Appliances & White Goods. The Group has also diversified into Direct to Consumer Vertical providing Wellness & Pain Management products and solutions.
Each group company in the JNV Ventures Group has its own R&D set up. These are located at the individual manufacturing facilities which makes it easier for customers to meet Group experts across R&D, Business Development and Operations.
One of the pillars of the R&D infrastructure is the Group’s World-class Central Engineering department which is the backbone of the Group’s production processes. This facility offers standardized processes and strategies for new product development.
This center works collaboratively across the Group’s automotive companies including Mega Rubber Technologies, Mega KLC Polymer Technologies, Polyrub Plastics, Mega HEFA, Sujan ContiTech AVS and Polyrub CooperStandard.
