Executive Director - Polyrub Extrusions

PK Sharma who is Executive Director of Polyrub Extrusions India is a veteran of the JNV Ventures Group. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Technology way back in 1980, he started his career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee with the Telco (now Tata Motors). He has also worked for over a decade with prestigious brand names such as Escorts, Eicher and Modi Xerox before joining Polyrub Extrusions India in 1992. Mr Sharma’s experience and capabilities over his 44 years career covers the gamut of Production, Quality, Supply chain development, Supplier quality assurance, and much more. His experience has been invaluable to the Group’s expansion and diversification.
Gautam Raisinghani

Gautam Raisinghani

Vice President- Polyrub Extrusions

Gautam Raisinghani joined Polyrub Extrusions in 1992 and has worked in various departments within the company to gain in-depth knowledge of the rubber business in the automotive domain before taking up responsibilities as VP – Operations. Gautam has worked on diversifying & developing plastic hoses such as PA-12, PBT for two-wheeler industry. Gautam is passionate about emerging technologies centred around AI & Sustainability. Gautam has taken several key initiatives in diverse areas such as Operations, New Product Development and New Business Development. Gautam has successfully developed a robust SCM mechanism at Polyrub. With his hands-on approach, Gautam remains committed to creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement at Polyrub Extrusions to meet the expectations of both customers and stakeholders. Gautam now handles Polyurb Extrusions initiatives for new technologies implentation, for enhancing engineering and development capabilities. He has a total work experience of nearly 30 years. Gautam has a Bachelor in Arts degree from Mumbai University.
Amit Raisingani

Amit Raisingani

CEO - Polyrub Extrusions (Pune)

Amit Raisinghani who is the CEO of Polyrub Extrusions India’s Chakan facility joined the Group in 2005 and has worked in different departments including Production (Mixing), Purchase and Export sales. He was Plant Head for a two-year period before taking over as CEO in 2022. As CEO of Polyrub Extrusions, he has obtained customer nominations from companies such as Royal Enfield, TVS, Tenneco and Triumph Motorcycles. He was instrumental in getting the Chakan plant as IATF 16949:2016 certified. Earlier, he also established a new business vertical of oil hoses (Metal tubes and components). Amit is now focusing on automating select production zones within the company. Amit was also earlier Plant Head for a two-year period at Polyrub CooperStandard, part of the JNV Ventures Group. He has participated in senior management programmes at the KJ Somaiya Institute of Management and the Family Business programme at IIM, Ahmedabad.
Karan Sujan

Karan Sujan

CEO - Mega Rubber Technologies- NORTH

Karan Sujan, CEO of Mega Rubber Technologies (MRT), North Division, has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida, USA. After completing internships at L&T and other auto ancillaries, Karan joined Polyrub Extrusions, a group company, in 2010. After successfully implementing a robust SCM mechanism at Polyrub, Karan assumed full responsibility at MRT, North division in 2014, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategy and driving growth initiatives. Under his stewardship, MRT has expanded and diversified into various sectors, including automotive 2W,3W,4W-Tier1s and Railways Tier 1s. Taking a leap forward and gaining experience of working with Japanese, American and European OEMs, Karan expanded the business creating a new state of art manufacturing facility at Bawal, Haryana specializing in rubber- to-metal parts. With his strategic vision and hands-on approach, he is successfully managing three plants at Manesar, Khuskera and Bawal optimizing production and ensuring quality standards. Leveraging both his engineering expertise and market insights, Karan has forged strategic partnerships and secured contracts with leading brands in various industry verticals. His ability to identify emerging trends and capitalize on growth opportunities has helped drive MRT’s success. Having laid the platform for rapid growth, as CEO, Karan is committed to furthering the company’s growth trajectory and strengthening its position as a leader in rubber products manufacturing.

CEO - Mega Rubber Technologies- WEST

Sharan Sujan joined the group in 2013 and has worked in various departments within the company to gain in-depth knowledge of the rubber business in the automotive domain before taking up responsibilities as CEO. Sharan is passionate about emerging technologies centered around innovation and sustainability. After researching the market landscape, and gaining valuable insights, he spearheaded the development and launch of a new product line, helping to position it effectively and to capitalize on market growth opportunities. Sharan has also been instrumental in establishing new plant at Pune for Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) and introducing oil seals at Mega Rubber in 2023. Earlier in 2017, he witnessed the JV with Hefa Sciences for introducing canister, WSV, RoSV, etc. product lines located in Khushkhera (Rajasthan). He remains committed to creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement at Mega Rubber in order to meet the expectations of both customers and stakeholders. Sharan has a degree in Business Administration from Kingston University, UK and is an active member of the Youth Business Leadership Forum of ACMA.
Rishi Sujan

CEO - Polyrub Plastics & Mega KLC Polymers Tech.

Rishi Sujan has been the CEO of Polyrub Plastics Private Limited since its inception in July 2014, a group company of JNV Ventures. Rishi joined the group in 2013 and pioneered its entry into plastics when his in-depth reading in automotive technologies alerted him to new trends in light weighting. Rishi also heads Mega KLC Polymer Technologies as CEO, a joint venture between JNV Ventures and KLC Technical Plastics, Europe. The JV has its state-of-art manufacturing footprint at Chakan, Pune. Under his leadership, the company now has 3 plants in plastics manufacturing & has also diversified beyond automotive into various non-automotive industries as well. He has a Master’s degree in Business Management from a Kingston University, UK and is an active member of the Youth Business Leadership Forum of ACMA.

Suraj Sujan joined Polyrub Extrusions in 2017 and has worked in various departments within the company to gain an in-depth knowledge of rubber technologies and business in the automotive domain before taking up responsibilities as new business development (NBD) manager. Suraj is passionate about emerging technologies centred around innovation and sustainability. Suraj has taken several key initiatives in diverse areas such as Operations, New Product Development and NBD. Suraj has also been instrumental in obtaining customer approvals and establishing a new facility of Polyrub Extrusions at Vithalapura in Gujarat. Suraj earned a degree in Business Administration from Sunderland University, UK. He remains committed to creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement at Polyrub Extrusions to meet the expectations of both customers and stakeholders.

Founder - Biospark Healthcare

Simrann Sujann graduated from Raffles College, Singapore, in 2018. It was during the pandemic that she conceptualised her venture, Biospark Healthcare, to conceive and make healthcare and wellness products inspired by India’s ancient plant and herb life. Simrann has a creative bent of mind and is now working on developing natural and alternative remedies for both local and global markets. The product portfolio is marketed under the Aqoonaa brand name inspired by the Swahili phrase Hakuna Matata.

Kazutoshi Satori heads the Technical Center at Sujan ContiTech AVS, and is a professional with over 30 years of experience in the rubber and automotive industry, especially in vibration control and rubber components. He began his career with Yamashita Rubber Company in its Development Department where he showcased his technical expertise and innovative thinking. He rose to become its Technical Director, before retiring in 2016. During his tenure at Yamashita Rubber, Satori-san contributed significantly to the company's technical advancements, earning over 75 patents in his name. Satori-san’s extensive experience in rubber technologies and product development plays a critical role in driving innovation and technical excellence at Sujan ContiTech AVS.

CTO - Sujan ContiTech AVS

Bruno Carré is Chief Technology Officer at Sujan ContiTech AVS Limited. He has over 30 years of experience with a tier-1 global auto parts supplier providing rubber-based anti-vibration solutions. Bruno has received several qualifications that include TIMP (Trelleborg International Management Program), Excellence in Manufacturing (Cranfield University), TOPs (Trelleborg Operation Production System), Coaching (Krauthammer International and AKKA (Lean Engineering.) Bruno started his career with the SOPEMEA – SNECMA Group – Paris in 1988 before joining Trelleborg Automotive in 1995 where he served till year 2020. During his tenure with Trelloborg (now TrelleborgVibracoustic), he has worked at 3 different global locations including Nantes in France, Shanghai, China (2008-2012) and Frankfurt, Germany (2012-2018) and held two strategic positions as Head of Research & Development, and Head of a Business Unit.

Vinay Mangalgi is COO of Biospark Healthcare. He brings to his job a wealth of experience in e-commerce of over a decade as well as in-depth retail experience with cross-functional leadership of over 22 years across digital marketing, celebrity brand management, buying and merchandising, hospitality and book distribution. His competencies include strategy and planning, P&L management, category management and brand licensing, and retail store management. Vinay earned a Hotel management degree from Bangalore University and added to it an MBA in Business Management and Research from Pune University. He speaks several languages including his native Kannada, Telugu and Marathi.

José Faria is a Technology Consultant for Mega KLC. He has a first degree in Polymer Engineering and a post-graduate degree in Quality and Environmental Management. José has over 30 years of international experience in Quality Assurance, Process Optimization and Lean Manufacturing in the international automotive sector. He has also successfully driven a 30 percent reduction in product-related defects and achieved significant cost savings through Six Sigma and Kaizen. José is also skilled in ISO/ IATF as well as in problem-solving techniques such as APQP, FMEA and PPAP. José is also passionate about creating a culture of operational excellence in business and exceeding customer expectations.
Jens Bauer

CTO- Polyrub CooperStandard FTS

Jens Bauer is CTO at Polyrub CooperStandard. He has over 30 years of international experience encompassing product development and sales, industrial engineering and business development having worked with ContiTech in Europe, China and Mexico, Tristone Flowtech Germany GmbH where was Director Engineering and Hutchinson GMBH in Mannheim (Germany). Jens graduated in Technical Operations Management from IHK Darmstadt, Germany. He began his career in 1982 as tool maker and has since held positions of responsibility in a variety of management functions in the automotive sector. His hands-on experience includes managing programs and plants as well. His personal interests are cycling and travel.
Raajha MP

CEO-Bethel Automotive Safety Systems

Raajha MP took over as CEO of WBTL-India in October 2024. He brings over 30+ years of global experience to his job having worked with some of the biggest auto brands including Hitachi Astemo India (erstwhile Bosch Chassis Systems India) as Vice President & Regional Director, DaimlerChrysler R&D and Brakes India Limited. Raajha has led teams across Design, Development, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, Independent Aftermarket, Strategic Technical Partnerships with international partners and worked in close coordination with Purchase, Finance & Manufacturing. He earned a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University and later an M.S. in Machine Design from IIT, Madras. Has also completed a Certificate in Management Program for Technologists (MPT) from IIM, Bangalore where he was conferred with a Gold medal for the Best Project jointly with the Confederation of Indian Industry. Raajha has been granted multiple patents for brakes and safety products, and presented papers at automotive conferences, both at national and international fora.
