JNV Ventures is dedicated to preserving the green canopy surrounding its plants and prioritizing the use of renewable energy whenever possible. As part of a phased approach, the company is transitioning to green fuel, replacing diesel with CNG not only in its fleet of company-owned vehicles but also throughout the supply chain. To ensure a future-ready workforce, ESG awareness sessions are being conducted for staff members.

The JNV Ventures Group has actively engaged with the community through initiatives such as blood donation drives. Recently, JNV Ventures organized a Clothes Donation Drive in celebration of National Give Something Away Day. Employees participated enthusiastically, and in addition to clothing donations, they also contributed stationery items. To streamline the donation process, JNV Group partnered with SADS (Share At Door Step), a sustainability-tech platform that enables effortless donations.

In line with sustainability goals, parts manufacturers and OEMs within the group are working to build a more sustainable supply chain by sourcing raw materials responsibly, reducing waste, and promoting ethical practices. This includes registering products with the IMDS (International Material Data System) during the design stage to ensure full transparency regarding the substances used in manufacturing.
JNV Ventures Group remains committed to aligning with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) requirements and continues to take proactive steps to meet these standards.

JNV Ventures Group companies have installed solar panels at its Vitthalapur plant in Gujarat, contributing to significant energy cost savings. Large plants with spacious rooftops, like ours, are ideal for solar system installations due to the ample space available for placing numerous panels.

At our facility, we’ve installed rooftop solar panels with longer strings, allowing us to capture more sunlight and generate increased electricity.

Retrofit Emission Control Devices- RECD

JNV Ventures Group companies have installed Retrofit Emission Control Devices (RECD) to reduce harmful emissions from its diesel generators. This move not only ensures enhanced compliance with environmental standards but also represents a strategic commitment to sustainable and efficient operations.

The integration of RECDs with our DG sets goes beyond meeting regulatory requirements—it helps reduce harmful emissions, improve fuel efficiency, and future-proof the business, providing undeniable benefits for both the environment and the company’s long-term goals.

The Group is actively contributing to the rapidly growing electric vehicle (EV) industry, especially as the world moves toward more sustainable transportation solutions.
